A song about a woman who is a heartbreaker. She doesn’t need him and she may be a bit edgy. She has it in her to love deeply. She has all the ingredients to draw him in and spit him out. A modern woman of sorts, versus the woman who would jump for the opportunity to be taken care of by a man. She can wait for what she wants. While this may have been frowned upon in view of traditional expectations of women and bruised egos, he still sees her as a beautiful woman. He still views her as his love, the center of his affection.
