This song is about a guy who met a girl while waiting at a train station. They started a nice conversation and the boy started to fall in love with her, but then the girls train came before the boy ever asked what her name was and as she was leaving he noticed her beauty. The boy only knew that she was "somewhere in Brooklyn", so he search everywhere for her asking people if they knew her and then at the end of the day he went back to the train station to see if she'd be there and he never did find her, but he still looks for her and still wishes that he finds her in Brooklyn and falls in love with her again.
