Arthur is a wealthy middle-aged man who has done all that he has wanted to do all his life. He is a very influential New Yorker and has apparently never been in love because he has been too busy living his wealthy, exasperating life!

But one day, he meets a young woman who catches his fancy; the time is right, the moon is right, and it is said that there is nothing more influential to love than a New York moon. They spend the day together, and the evening moon catches them on their night in the town.

He takes her home, and at dawn, he wakes up and finds that the feeling he had the night before is still lingering. He wants to see her again, and he cannot explain it? But getting caught between the romantic New York City and a full moon is as captivating as the moon itself, and the only result is to fall in love! And this is what happens to Arthur.
