Obviously the song interprets that of a Nymph (mythological spirit-like beauty) alongside the harmful addicion of the drug amphetamine.

I don't think this song sits with the thought of a break-up etc. but he finds such turmoil and pain in forever being encased with the longing to be with such a beautious love he can never hold. 'swore to the razor' he takes out this infliction of pain upon himself, tortured by how he can draw no nearer to being loved the way he would love this 'perfection' (metaphorical of the myth spirit) and he is encapsulated in this pain and dwelling 'prison'- he is fixated on this angel.

The 'V' of black swans concludes to that of the Holy Grail; turning his pain of loneliness into denial of faith.

'I faced when you left me a rose in the rain'
because this nymph is a spirit, and a metaphor for what each of us needs and desires, though fully aware we can never have, he turns denial into the concept that he is now lost, although never embraced what he had craved.

'I could always find the right slot for your sacred key' hoping that these prayers to be loved and to love back this perfection had lead him past the doors of his own judgement and realisation that 'she' (disguised in perfection)is leading him further froma realistic life, and towards and endless hell.

In all, I think this verse concludes its meaning-
"Sick and weak from my condition (drug-like addiction to hope)
This lust, a vampyric addiction (beauty of what seems like perfection)
To her alone in full submission (masked inner-beauty, leading him astray)
None better (the love he feels for 'her'- 'her' meaning the desire and dreams nobody can touch or harm)
Nymphetamine (craved love)"

Hope this helps.
