Cults - Go Outside Lyrics Meaning

I like this song, its fun!
But when I found out that the quiet voice at the start is none other than Jim Jones I started to wonder...
Especially since the band name is Cults.

In case you didn't know, Jim Jones was a California Baptist preacher, turned whacko!
HELLO, if anyone ever tells you that you can worship them, walk away! No one in the Bible except God allows worship of themselves. Not Angels, not Apostles, NO ONE. God alone reserves worship for Himself.

Anyway, he led many of his followers down to South America(Guyana) in the late 1970's, deceived them into believing that the government was out to get them and had them drink poisoned Kool Aid. No small thing as 909 people died! Many of whom were children! Which mean the really small ones were FORCED to drink it. and that equals murder!

Sidenote, if someone ever jokes about "not drinking the kool aid", it's not funny.

Back to the song, I have no problem with the lyrics until the last line, where it says "you get in the way".
And at that point I'm wondering who they are speaking against?
The band name and Jim's voice make me wonder...???
