Drake - Too Much Lyrics Meaning

A couple things are going on - Drake is mainly talking about how his fame and money have changed the dynamics in his family (they don't get together for dinners or holidays anymore), he's also talking about his uncle and mom battling depression. Sounds like his Mom is severely depressed (she "won't even get dressed go to do shit and that's true shit") and his uncle had a bucket list but has given up on it - sounds like he's battling depression on a lower level.

Depression doesn't care how much money you have, how famous you are, how many kids you have, whether you're single or married, etc... It's the worst 'disease' on the planet and many people suffer from it. This song is about 5 years old - hopefully his Mom [and uncle] are doing better now.
