He's still in love with a girl who broke his heart so he's going to sleep with any other girl to make his self feel better. He'll be focusing on sex with her instead of his sadness about the girl who broke his heart.

He keeps telling his self he can get over her if she doesn't care but he knows he can't and as a result, spies on her.

He's trying to forget her but can't and is stuck in his own misery. He doesn't want to go home alone because he's afraid his depression will cause him to do something extreme (such as suicide).

As in a lot of his songs, the girl left him for another guy but she thinks he doesn't know. He does. He says that this is just another episode of his and he needs to take a stronger dose of his antidepressants to feel better as a reference to his suicide attempt.
