He says that she still begs when she's on her knees, and that he likes that she's into this stuff. The main point of the song is to show the couple's journey from self-discovery of their common interest to a full-time relationship.
The 'I love...' phrase is very common in this kind of relationship, showing that he is the Dominant and she is the submissive. He says 'I love' to show his appreciation for her action, or something she's doing to please him. He says 'I hate...' because he hates how they can't keep up their relationship in public, and that she is popular and in control around her 'normal' friends.
At first, he is talking about the people that she knows in the BDSM scene, and he is pleased with her submission, and lack of shame around him. He is clearly showing the qualities of a dominant and is pleased that he has discovered this darker side of his partner.
However, as the song progresses and the couple get more serious, their relationship becomes more public and now they have to cope with hiding the true nature of it from people. In turn, this leaves the Dominant in a tough position, unable to control his submissive's actions and also having to pretend to be a normal boyfriend. By the tone of the song, the girl is rather rich, so he is likely having to pose as her boy-toy.
From the song, you can also tell that she is not a full submissive. However obedient she is, she still seems to like angering her partner, provoking more violent reactions, no doubt for her pleasure. In turn, he takes things as far as they can go, down to making her pass out.
The last point I want to make is that the couple also takes drugs, however not before a BDSM activity. It is likely that sometimes the Dominant male might use the drugs for his partner's pleasure, or to help her get into the mood typical to the kind of activities they partake.
