I actually think the first part of this song (before chorus: we´ll be a fine line) it is about Simon Cowell

I think the rest of the first part speaks for itself

And then I think the rest of the song is about Louis

Harry doesn´t know how long time he can handle in this situation with Louis(they can´t be together in a public)
