Kings of Leon - Radioactive Lyrics Meaning

I beleive that this song has a lot to do with where they came from. They had a rough childhood.( With people always judging them if they're not doing, considering they were Pastor's kids. And being a Pastor's child puts alot of stress on a kid because all their life people judge them constantly.) And I think that this song is saying, "Yes we a had rough start, but now lets start fresh!" Their whole life they probably had a grudge on God but this song is showing. I grew up in a church, and i cant change that. They want to drink the water where they came from. (Jesus gives water to people, and its called the everlasting water) I think that they are referring to that water. That no matter what they can't change what has happened to them. But they can forgive. Starting fresh and coming together. to live a happy life. Let go of all the hate and grudges ever held and start a brand you life, with fresh water.

Of course i dont think im right. But thats my interpretation.
