I've heard this is a form of walking tough, while other definitions suggest it is a collection of 'cool' material possessions like promo merchandise. I'm inclined to think Lil Wayne had a lot of extra promo CDs sitting around that nobody wanted, so he gave them all to his mom and now she has a ton of his promo stuff like XXXL Lil Wayne T-shirts and thongs, XXXL bikini panties that say "I lick it like a lollipop" on the ass. Ok it all makes sense now)

She even wear her hair down her back like mine
