Money on Me is a song about a guy (Morgan) being the man a prospective woman wants him to be. He lists off qualities that many women would find appealing, what she deservers, and that he would be this for her, but at the end he states "I wouldn't bet money on me", humbling himself showing that he does want the best man for the woman, but doesn't proclaim himself as the best.
