"So I watch your life in pictures like I used to watch you sleep" this line is comparing how different things are now they are not in a relationship anymore. She watches his life in pictures because that's the only way she can see him now. She used to be able to sit there and watch him sleep, but because they aren't together she can't do that anymore.

"And I hope the sun shines and its a beautiful day, and somthing reminds you. You wish you had stayed" that line means she hopes that somthing brings a good memory of her to mind and he wishes that they stayed together

"And I feel you forget me like I used to feel you breath" that line is saying that she can feel him forget her like the equivilant of feeling him breathing next to her.
