I think that Touch It is directed towards that one person who takes you to a place that nobody else could ever touch. For me, I think of the "it" in the title to be the part of one's heart that holds that special person, whether they are in one's life were in their life in the past. I think of the song as a sort of reassuring message to that person in a way. Like, don't worry, I love you and nobody can ever touch that.
