this song could be about a girlfriend or a random girl that the narrator has... had feelings for, or a friend he thought he could trust, something happened, and the love/feelings he had for the girl have gone, or the respect he had for his friend has gone.

"Something's on my mind
It's been for quite some time
This time I'm on to you"

ok, here we go. the narrator has suspicions about said girlfriend/random girl/friend not being as truthful as they make out. he's taken time to think it over, and realised that his suspicions make sense.

"So where's the other face?
The face I heard before
Your head trip's boring me"

the subject of the song is still misleading him, and the narrator is getting tired of the charade.

"Let's nuke the bridge we torched
2,000 times before
This time we'll blast it all to hell
I've had this burning in my guts now
for so long
My belly's aching now to say"

simply put, the narrator wants the ties between him and the subject to be cut off completely - he doesn't want anything left over ("let's nuke the bridge... this time we'll blast it all to hell"). the chorus also shows his anger/resentment/jealousy (if it's a girlfriend or a random girl who is playing hard to get) with the line "i've had this burning in my guts...".

"Stuck down in a rut of dislogic and smut
A side of you well hid
When it's all said and done
it's real and it's been fun
But was it all REAL fun"

this verse discusses the subject's play-acting.

"You're just... a fuck,
I can't explain it 'cause I think you suck.
I'm take-
-in pride
in telling you to fuck off and die."

could be a confrontation where the narrator pulls the plug on the relationship/friendship. once again shows the anger that the narrator feels at being misled and lied to for so long - "i'm taking pride in telling you to fuck off and die" - no longer has any feelings for the subject, wouldn't shed a tear id the subject walked under a bus or whatever.

this is where i piss off a bunch of people and milk the spotlight for all it's worth. personally i think this is a great song with a real edge to it. i took comfort in this song when i was misled by a girl who used me to get over her ex, and also when i found out a guy i trusted was actually a waste of space.

let's see if this sounds exactly like every other review on this song...
