i defiantly interpreted this song having more meaning to it than having an addiction to masturbation. i took it as him coming down and wanting to stay down but hes unknowingly doubting himself and doesnt have enough motivation to stop and has nothing to take his mind off meth. he for once has time on his side but he has nothing to do but sit in his head . i think hes using masterbation in place of the thing that really takes him to paradise. which i'm assuming is meth..considering alot of lyrics he uses in his songs..especially there song "brainstew"
